Cricplay eligibility: 18+ years old, resident of India (or other supported countries), physically located in a state where skill-based fantasy sports are permitted. Cricplay excluded states: Assam, Odisha, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Sikkim.
One Cricplay account per person. Multiple Cricplay accounts result in suspension and forfeiture of balances.
Cricplay contest entry: teams lock 30 minutes before toss. No Cricplay edits allowed after lock. Entry fees deducted from Cricplay wallet at entry confirmation.
Cricplay tie-breaking: certified RNG (Random Number Generation) for tied contests. Cricplay RNG certificates are auditable and available in your account's fairness documentation.
Cricplay deposits: minimum Rs 100, maximum Rs 1,00,000 per transaction. Cricplay deposits processed instantly via UPI/Paytm/Net Banking.
Cricplay withdrawals: minimum Rs 100, process in 2 minutes via UPI/Paytm, 1-2 hours via bank transfer. Cricplay KYC verification required for withdrawals above Rs 50,000.
Cricplay owns all platform content: logos, branding, UI design, scoring system, statistics dashboards, educational blog content.
Cricplay users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written Cricplay permission. Cricplay grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license.
Cricplay service availability: aims for 99.99 percent uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Cricplay live scoring engine may have brief delays during high-traffic events.
Cricplay contests settled based on match outcomes per official cricket data feeds. Cricplay disputes resolved within 7 days of contest completion.
Cricplay governing law: Indian law. Cricplay jurisdiction: courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
Most Cricplay disputes resolved through customer support. Cricplay escalation: grievance officer at [email protected] within 48 hours.
